Job Description:

  • Using data, research and psychology to shape the brand narrative and create content experiences tailored to the company’s target audience.


  • Craft the voice of the brand and strategise clear and compelling content that's properly distributed across the web, mobile and social platforms; and adheres to a consistent brand philosophy.


  • Champion content that resonates with the existing fan base, differentiated and engaging enough to draw in new, underserved or overlooked consumers

  • Creating and managing social media campaigns; monitoring engagement and analyzing data; managing content and marketing campaigns; implementing SEO best practices, and building strategic partnerships.


  • Leading video productions and understanding how to tailor that content to different digital and social media platforms.

  • Creating specifications, measuring and analysing the outcomes through a content audit, comparative audit, content matrix, and editorial guidelines.

  • Facilitate technical integration of content

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in real estate

  • At least 5 years experience in content strategy and/or SEO

  • Journalism practical knowledge with relevant experience with Major Content Management System (CMS)

  • Hands-on experience with HTML writing

  • With a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social"

  • Experience in Marketing, Content Creation, Copywriting, Brand Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills

  • Hungry to identify and succeed in opportunities that help the business grow

  • Highly motivated with the ultimate goal of turning readers into customers

  • Enjoy a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company’s field

  • Display the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format

  • Make evident of good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
