Job Descriptions:

  • The Project Manager will be in charge of cost proposals and supporting the Sales and Interior Design teams. 

  • This position will be required to plan and manage fitting out projects effectively and diligently.

  • The Project Manager is required to work with clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure the desired completion of projects.

  • Recognized qualification / experience in Interior Design Project Management.

  • Able to read architectural and technical drawings for proposal and fitting out works.

  • Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations and requirements.

  • Strong project planning, organizing and management skills.

  • Able to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on timelines and quality.

  • Able to work independently with professionalism and integrity.

  • Highly self-motivated, possesses good interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates.

  • Proficient in relevant computer softwares and usage.

  • Able to coordinate influence and lead project manager or director and execute interior/commercial related work in all phases with coordination of clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Able to ensure that projects are completed within timeline, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of the highest quality.

  • Able to demonstrate and implement cost saving measures.

  • Able to do follow up on suppliers and subcontractors work progress to ensure that the project finish on time.

  • Able to monitor and report on progress of projects.

  • Ensure good workmanship are carried out for all site works.


  • To support the Interior Design teams with technical know how and quotations.

  • To arrange submissions and obtaining required approvals from relevant departments and authorities.

  • To plan, schedule and execute projects with strict adherence to project's timeline, budget and all requirements.

  • To manage the day to day activities and operations of the projects.

  • To perform constant checks and controls to ensure good quality workmanship.

  • To liaise with clients on all matters during the execution of works for awarded projects, including variation orders and payment collections.
