Seller registers an Intent to Sell in the HDB Resale Portal. The HDB Resale Portal is capable of confirming your eligibility to sell your flat instantaneously. Upon registration, you will also receive information about the Ethnic Integration Policy/ Singapore Permanent Resident (EIP/ SPR) Quota for your block, status of upgrading, billing of upgrading costs, and recent transacted prices of nearby flats.
Ohmyhome provides real time asking prices from home owners. Search for similar listings around your area to have a gauge of live asking prices and adjust your price accordingly. When listing your flat in Ohmyhome, past transacted prices will also be provided.

Interested Buyers can Make An Offer in the in-app chat. As a Seller, you will be able to receive many offers but will only be allowed to accept ONE offer. Once you accept an offer, the other offers will automatically be rejected. When an offer is accepted, you can proceed to issue an OTP to the buyer.
You can create an Open House for potential buyers to view your flat at a fixed timing instead of having to arrange many viewings at different timings. Open House listings will also be shown on the Discovery Page, therefore increasing the number of views of your flat. The other benefit of having an Open House is that you do not have to pack and tidy up your flat too many times. Please ensure that you have someone else in the house when conducting Open House and that all valuables are safely kept away.

Kindly note that HDB flats are only allowed to be sublet to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and non-citizens legally residing in Singapore who are holders of Employment Passes, S Passes, Work Permits, Student Passes, Dependant Passes, or Long-Term Social Visit Passes. These passes must have a validity period of at least 6 months as at the date of your subletting application.
The minimum subletting period for each subtenant must be 6 months per application. You are not allowed to sublet your flat or bedroom on a short-term basis as it may disrupt the living environment and pose security concerns for other residents.
There are limitations on the number of tenants in each flat.

Every listing will automatically expire in one month. You will receive a notification to choose to extend your listing or remove it. If your flat is leased or sold before one month, we encourage you to update the status of your listing as well.
Ohmyhome cannot guarantee a time frame for your transaction but what we have seen from experience is that direct communication between home-owners and home-seekers can reduce the time taken from initial contact to a transaction. The fastest recorded DIY match occurred in 2 days.
Yes, you will still need to engage a lawyer for the resale transaction of your HDB flat, whether buying or selling. Ohmyhome only allows direct sellers or landlords to list their flat and each unit number can only be listed once. However, after visiting and agreeing to purchase or rent the flat, we would advise all buyers and tenants to check for ownership proof before signing the OTP.
Yes, the private information that you enter is protected and not shared with anyone. Your flat’s unit number will not be displayed on the app and can only be given out by yourself to a potential buyer/tenant at your own discretion.
On the login page, click the “forgot password?” button below the password form and you will be prompted to enter the mobile number you signed up with. A one time pin (OTP) will be sent to your phone. You will be directed to a new form to fill in the OTP and to choose a new password.
