Any Future Plans for Yishun?
An exciting development to look out for in the expansion plan of Yishun is the sub-urban malls such as Northpoint City, which is a massive expansion of Northpoint that includes a new bus interchange, a condominium (North Park Residences) and a community club (the first to be located in a shopping mall). Northpoint City will be completed this year.
The new Yishun Integrated Transport Hub will open in 2019 and will include an air-conditioned bus interchange, with an underpass link to Yishun MRT station. The hub will be part of the Northpoint City development that will consist of private residences, a retail mall, a community centre, and a town plaza.
